Why we started SentiSum?
Meet the founders
Sharad Khandelwal
Founder & CEO
I founded SentiSum to change how brands understand and improve customer experience. My work with Just Eat, DHL, Nestlé, and British Airways revealed how brands are stuck with outdated tools and methods. With deep expertise in CX and AI, I’m obsessed with simplifying how brands fix their customer experience.
Vivek Ganotra
Co-Founder
I joined Sharad in June 24 as co-founder to accelerate the journey for Sentisum. My 30 year career with companies like Salesforce, THG, BAT, Accenture has taught me a lot about how to build and scale brands. Brands today carry a huge ambition to cut through the noise and win in the market with an outstanding consumer experience. However there remains a massive “airgap” between ambition and reality. I am obsessed about fixing that and helping brands and companies achieve their full potential.
